Microsoft is suing Barnes and Nobles for patent infringement because they use Android on the Nook.Google needs to cover the companies who use Android against liability, Microsoft doesn't want to go after Google ,they just want to spread fear about using Android.Fear there will be lawsuits.It's time for Google to make Microsoft prove the patent infringements they are always claiming.Google how can you let companies who use your software be sued and do nothing.Google it's time to do the right thing.
